This October, Hog Roast Berkshire is catering for a corporate Halloween party taking place at a warehouse in Berkshire. Martin is the manager of a building supplies company and has 70 staff working for him. To thank everyone for their hard work this year, he plans to transform the warehouse into the perfect venue for a Halloween party for his staff and their guests to enjoy. Additionally, Martin has hired Hog Roast Berkshire to provide a delicious buffet menu for the occasion.

In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Berkshire team is planning on arriving at the venue in the afternoon, giving us plenty of time to prepare for the 8:00 pm serving time. The star of our menu will be the slow-roasted hog, which will be cooked to perfection on-site until it is succulent and tender. The pork will be expertly carved and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing. For meat-free guests, we will be serving BBQ-pulled jackfruit, which is a great pork alternative. Alongside the rolls, the guests can also enjoy homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, and a selection of salad dishes, which is sure to go down a treat with the guests!
